Tableport is a platform for organizing and playing board game tournaments and events, and connecting with other players. By accessing or using Tableport, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the service.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Tableport. By using the service, you represent that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate and current. If you use the service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization to these Terms.

By posting Content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, and distribute that Content solely as needed to operate and provide the service. You represent that you have the rights necessary to grant this license and that your Content does not infringe the rights of any third party.
Our service allows you to post, link, store, share and otherwise make available certain information, text, graphics, or other material ("Content"). You are responsible for the Content that you post to the service, including its legality, reliability, and appropriateness.
Tableport is not a party to any tournament, event, or arrangement between users, does not host or supervise in-person gatherings, and is not responsible for the conduct of organizers, participants, venues, or any interactions—online or offline—that arise from use of the service. You participate in events and interact with other users at your own risk.

Board game titles, artwork, and related materials are the property of their respective rights holders.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall Tableport, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, or suppliers, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the service or any events or interactions arising from it. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Your use of the service is at your sole risk. The service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement or course of performance.
