Welcome to tableport
Introducing tableport.gg - your new destination for physical board games. Discover what we're building and why we're excited about the future of tabletop gaming.
We're thrilled to introduce tableport.gg - a new platform designed to bring game creators, players, and physical game stores together on one platform.
Why tableport?
Board games have experienced an incredible renaissance over the past decade. Yet, the way we discover, access, and play these games hasn't kept pace with this growth.
That's where tableport comes in.
What We're Building
tableport.gg connects everyone in the board gaming community - from the creators who design amazing games, to the players who love them, to the local game stores that bring our hobby to life.
For Players
Your Personal Library Keep track of all your physical board games in one place. Never forget what's in your collection again, and easily share your library with friends.
Digital Manuals & Resources No more frantically searching for that one rule clarification. We're providing comprehensive digital manuals and resources for every game in our catalog, making it easier than ever to learn and teach games.
Match History Track your gaming sessions, record memorable plays, and build a history of your tabletop adventures.
Find Players & Community Connect with fellow enthusiasts, form gaming groups, and discover new people who share your passion for tabletop gaming.
Supporting Publishers
Did you know that game creators make only around 10-15% whenever you buy a game via traditional retail? We want to change that.
Our platform enables publishers to sell directly to customers, cutting out the middlemen and keeping more revenue where it belongs - with the people who design and create the games we love. We want to enable game creators to focus on making awesome games, without having to trade most of their revenues to the distribution channel.
If you're a publisher interested in bringing your games to tableport, we'd love to hear from you.
What's Next
We're just getting started. For players, our next priorities will be:
- Expanding our game catalog with both classic favorites and exciting new releases
- Introducing match making and LFG/LFM (Looking For Group/Looking For More) functionality
- Rolling out community features to help you connect with other players
- Recording match results to track your gaming history
In the future, we also want to include game stores on the platform, where people can choose to go to play and connect with their local gaming community.
