The Jewel in the Crown

In the run up to the release of the Talisman: Expansion Set and following the release of the 2nd Edition of Talisman, Games Workshop released a number of new cards as part of an advertising feature in their house magazine, White Dwarf #72. These cards comprised the Samurai Character, Curfew & Closed Shop Adventure cards and Bolster, Transmute, Bladesharp, Resurrection & Enrich Spells. The Samurai was later officially released as part of the Talisman: The Adventure expansion. Resurrection and Transmute were later released in the French language publication, Le Héraut Citadel #4.
